Our Methodology
We believe that being hands-on is the best way for a participant to learn. Hence, the programme emphasises on practical application to create exciting and meaningful engagement to their personal learning journey.
Formal Learning
The FOUR (4) key learning modules will be the catalyst that kickstarts the learning process by providing skill sets, knowledge, and helping participants discover the possibilities.
Self-Directed Development
Learning can be done on-the-go via digital means, equipping candidates with necessary support and materials wherever they may be.
Learning With and Through Other People
Participants will also have the opportunity to network with not only their peers, but beyond their scope (eg. communities, industries, leaders, etc.) to strengthen cross-functional relationships and close the gap between theory and application. Further to that, there will be guest engagement sessions. Participants can gain first hand exposure with influential leaders in Malaysia who will share their journey, challenges and triumphs on their way to the top.
Learning through Experience
And through it all, participants then take what they have learnt and implement it in their own workplace(s) to achieve their desired goals. Participants will also have an opportunity to embark on a social entrepreneur project - turning ideas into reality in a supportive environment, backed by a team of experienced faculty members.

Way of the Warrior
Taking inspiration from the discipline of Aikido, participants are taught an overview strategy of emotional regulation and understand the concept of leadership by developing foundational values and self-awareness necessary to become effective leaders in not only their communities, but in workplaces and beyond.
Thriving in the Corporate World
Your first step into the corporate world can be one of the most exciting and daunting moments in your life. This module touches on the importance of personal branding, and how it helps to develop your self-esteem for greater success in life.
Innovate and Regenerate
The business landscape is constantly shifting at an unprecedented rate, and the ability to have multiple perspectives to create more value is quickly becoming an invaluable skill in the global economy. In this module, participants are provided with ample tools, resources, and guidance needed to develop and launch their own social entrepreneurship projects that extend far beyond the programme.
This programme also enables you to create business value through innovation by having the proper fundamental mindset and knowledge.
Present Like a Pro
Captivate your audience! Strengthen your presentation skills by identifying techniques to influence the audience and leveraging your personal strength that stands out from
the rest.

Eligible Criteria
- Born in or is a current resident in Johor
- Below 30 years old
- CGPA above 3.25 or equivalent
- Possess good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Active involvement in extracurricular and community work would be an added advantage
